Seamless gutters are formed on site to the exact length of each run, which removes the joints where conventional sectional gutters leak first. We use heavy-gauge aluminum, hidden hangers screwed into the fascia rather than spikes, and downspouts routed to carry water well clear of the foundation.

Undersized or overflowing gutters quietly cause the most expensive problems in a Kansas City home: eroded landscaping, saturated soil against the foundation, wet basements, and rotted fascia. Getting the capacity and drainage right the first time is far cheaper than any of those repairs.
